- Led large-scale cloud migration initiatives for the Prospect Journey service across all markets using private cloud services running on Redhat Openshift.
- Migrated logging platform from Splunk to OpenTelemetry (Otel) for enhanced logging and observability, improving system reliability and performance.
- Developed customer journey availability dashboards using OpenSearch to proactively monitor critical services.
- Led CI/CD migrations from Jenkins to GitHub Actions for a significant portion of the service portfolio under international markets.
- Managed a DevOps team responsible for ongoing operations including availability monitoring, vulnerability fixes, ad-hoc support requests, incident management, and change control.
- Leveraged GenAI technologies for pipeline and infrastructure configuration generation and predictive analytics to forecast system performance issues, reducing downtime.
