- Cisco is one of the largest and early implementor of Adobe’s Content Management suite (AEM)
- Web Experience Management (WEM) is designed with Adobe AEM 6.0 to support and handle its large-scale deployment of Web Content Management. It has various sites for its internal as well as its external users. External users are normally vendors and clients throughout the world.
- Played a critical role in Infrastructure Support for its AEM Application and managing & optimizing various work processes.
- Handling of various support related issues for AEM Authoring, Jobs, Workflow through ticketing tools like Remedy and monitoring various jobs and alerts.
- Supporting internal as well as external users with various issues and queries related to its Web Experience Management Application and services and effectively handling administrative tasks as required for applications and infrastructure.
- Managing DevOps and related processes for AEM.
