- Support and Enhancement of Documentum Application and its custom functionalities, upgrade & migration of the application
- Supervalu used Documentum Content Server 5.3 initially which later migrated to 6.5 and 6.7 for its CMS system
- The CMS was used to store thousands of product images, digital & scanned documents with version control and links for UI elements
- Monitoring various jobs, alerts, managing Groups, Users, ACLs
- Handling of various support related issues, client requirements and reporting
- Used tools and technologies like Java, JSP, Documentum, JBoss, DA, Webtop, Web-Publisher, DQL, Caching services, Indexing, image rendition services, CA Service Desk & HP OpenView
